Thank you for showing an interest in the services provided by this office. Please complete the following document which will allow us to begin the process of filing an application for Trademark protection with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Upon receiving the completed form, we will contact you during the next business day to review the document and receive payment. In this regard, legal representation by Daniel Law Offices, P.A. will not begin until we have reviewed your information with you and have received payment for your proposed trademark application. All information submitted to our office is will be held in strict confidence.
Our flat fee is based on the requirement that you provide us with all necessary information to file your trademark application, including the required Specimen of Use and digital image of your Mark (if filing a stylized mark). Incomplete applications or those missing necessary information may be billed for attorney and/or paralegal time at an hourly basis after two requests.
Our flat fee also includes an exact name search for prior registrations with the U.S. Trademark office. As such, no state, local, common law or similar name/spelling marks will be searched. Although a comprehensive trademark search is not required to file for a U.S. Trademark, it is our policy to always recommend that a comprehensive search be performed prior to the filing of such applications. This service is available at an additional charge. Please contact us for specific pricing information if you are interested in this additional service.
